The School of Dental Medicine will host Cindy Novotny, a nationally renowned consultant, speaker and author, for a presentation Friday, Oct. 6, at 2 p.m. in the Thwing Center ballroom.
Her lecture, “Enhancing Teamwork: Building an Ambassador of Change,” will be a high-energy, interactive experience.
Attendees can expect to develop the necessary ingredients for a successful team, identify what could be standing in their way of delivering great service, practicing how to give feedback that creates excellence and more.
Novotny is the founder and managing partner of Master Connection Associates, a premier international training and consulting company, specializing in customer service, sales and leadership performance. She is recognized by the American Society for Training & Development as one of nine most powerful and innovative speakers and by the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International as one of the Top 25 Most Extraordinary Minds in Sales & Marketing.
