High-Performance Computing Bootcamp

The University Technology [U]Tech Research Computing and Cyberinfrastructure team will offer a High-Performance Computing Bootcamp Thursday, Sept. 14, from 9 a.m. to noon in Adelbert Hall’s Toepfer Room.

This event is geared toward the High-Performance Computing (HPC) cluster, but also is open to all Case Western Reserve University faculty, who can then provide the resource to staff and students working with them.

The HPC cluster is used to facilitate large-scale computing for research.

The bootcamp event will include introductory materials in lecture with demonstrations.

The team’s goal is to provide grounding in the concepts necessary to conduct work in the HPC environment, and to make clear the methods for connecting to the HPC from personal and lab computers.

Register for this event at case.edu/utech/research-computing.
