Have an idea? Want to turn it into startup?
Students can do just that at the PITCH U competition Saturday, Oct. 7, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Peter B. Lewis Building.
This free startup competition gives students the chance to learn how to turn their ideas into startups with local startup founders, angel investors and CWRU faculty.
The first place prize is $4,500, second place is $1,000 and third place is $500.
Students also will have the chance to network with local investors and entrepreneurial education lectures by faculty and local startup founders.
The competition is open to college students in Northeast Ohio.
Free coffee and lunch will be provided.
