At the Fifth World Congress on Positive Psychology last month, David Cooperrider, Distinguished University Professor and the Fairmount Santrol – David L. Cooperrider Professor in Appreciative Inquiry, was named a fellow of the International Positive Psychology Association.
The title honors scholars “who have contributed most significantly to the scientific advancement of knowledge in within the field of positive psychology.”
Cooperrider is widely recognized for his original theoretical articulation of appreciative inquiry with his mentor Suresh Srivastva.
Also at the Fifth World Congress on Positive Psychology, Cooperrider participated in the “Founders’ Symposia.”
