The Feminist Collective at CWRU is accepting submissions for its new production of The Genital Monologues.
The event is community written and produced. Students are invited to submit poems, short stories, monologues, artwork, songs, videos and more detailing how their identity impacts their experience.
The Feminist Collective also is looking for performers willing to read aloud anonymous submissions and other works.
The production will be held March 3 and 4 in Harkness Chapel. Tickets will cost $5, with all proceeds going to the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center.
Anyone interested in submitting work or volunteering to read a submitted or pre-written piece can email tgmcase@gmail.com or submit original works online.
Submissions will be accepted through the first week of February.
