The Clinical Translational Science Collaborative (CTSC) will award three $30,000 funds to innovate and develop informatics approaches for expanding the use of biomedical, behavioral or health data by addressing challenges in capturing, organizing, integrating, searching, analyzing or visualizing such data. The funding period is July 1-Dec. 31.
These awards will permit development or enhancement of a multidisciplinary environment catering to the needs of diverse groups of researchers including (but not limited to) those with backgrounds in medicine, pediatrics, surgery, dentistry, nursing, allied health, pharmacology, clinical trials, consumer health, health care administration and management, clinical research design, urban health, epidemiology, biostatistics, biomedical informatics, economics, quality improvement, modeling systems, ethics, behavioral science, engineering and law. Successful applications will typically involve two or more disciplines, one of which must be translational bioinformatics or clinical research informatics.
Applications must be submitted electronically via WebGrants (webgrants.case.edu/) by April 2.
