The deadline to submit tuition waiver applications for the Spring 2012 semester is Feb. 28. Application forms are available through the Benefits Forms website or in the Benefits Administration Office, Crawford Hall 224.
Completed applications can be submitted in person, by fax to 368.3582, or by email to tuition-waiver@case.edu.
