As part of the inaugural Cleveland Humanities Festival, Kelvin Smith Library and the Western Reserve Historical Society have partnered for a new exhibit, “Everybody Look What’s Going Down,” which will be open through Aug. 1.
The U.S. war in Vietnam, along with other social justice issues, was a primary instigator of college student activism in the 1960s and 1970s. The exhibit features ephemera highlighting Case Western Reserve University student activism during this era.
Buttons, posters and manuscripts on loan from the Western Reserve Historical Society will be part of the exhibit.
Free and open to the public, the exhibit is on display in the library’s art gallery.
