The Alpha Phi Omega Theta Upsilon Chapter will host the 11th annual March for Marfan, a 5K run and 3K walk, Saturday March 19, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Wade Commons.
Alpha Phi Omega’s annual philanthropy event supports the Marfan Foundation, which helps individuals and families suffering from the connective tissue disorder Marfan Syndrome. The event began in support of an alumna and members of her family who have the disorder.
A light breakfast and lunch will be provided and a raffle will be held after the race.
Race check-in will begin at 9 a.m. Registration costs $20 per person or $60 for four people.
Parking will be available in Lot 46; mention you are attending March for Marfan and your parking fee will be covered.
