Neurosurgery researchers at University Hospitals, CWRU receive three multimillion-dollar grants

Hoffer, adjunct professor, will continue to work on treating Parkinson’s disease. Yu (Agnes) Luo, assistant professor, will investigate how stem cells can help the brain heal after a stroke. Eli Bar, assistant professor, will research why brain tumor stem cells resist conventional therapy.
