Nancy Northup, president and CEO of the Center for Reproductive Rights, will deliver The Law-Medicine Center’s Oliver C. Schroeder Jr. Scholar-in-Residence Lecture Thursday, Sept. 24, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. in the School of Law Moot Court Room.
Northup’s lecture will be titled “Sneaking Around the Constitution: Pretextual ‘Health’ Laws and the Future of Roe v. Wade.” A reception will follow the lecture.
The lecture is approved for one hour of In-Person Continuing Legal Education Credit.
