A first for Cleveland Clinic, ShurTech: Company gets on-site medical care
The Plain Dealer: J.B. Silvers, the John R. Mannix Medical Mutual of Ohio Professor of Health Care Finance, discussed an arrangement made by ShurTech Brands, in which Cleveland Clinic provides on-site primary and preventive care to the company’s 350 employees. “This is a first step, and it’s not out of line with how a lot of companies are thinking about this,” Silvers said. “If you can find a better way to take care of your employees, you can save some serious money.”
