This fall, 121 Fitness will offer exercise and nutrition seminars, a beginner’s exercise program, healthy cooking classes and one-on-one personal training programs for those looking to put their best foot forward.
Attend the “Thrive Program” meet and greet event Monday, Aug. 24, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Attendees will have the chance to grab a bite to eat, discuss the program with the directors and win free prizes.
The exercise and nutrition “Get Fit Together” seminars will feature cooking demonstrations, in-class activities and tips on stress, fitness and nutrition. The seminars will be held Tuesdays from noon to 1 p.m. Registration and more information are available online.
The beginner’s “Couch to Confidence” series will be held Wednesdays and Thursdays from noon to 12:45 p.m. Registration for this series is available online.
Participants in the healthy cooking class will learn 30 recipes in 30 days in this series, which will meet Mondays from noon to 12:45 p.m. More information and registration are available online.
