Jill Korbin, the Lucy Adams Leffingwell Professor, director of the Schubert Center for Child Studies and associate dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, will serve as president-elect (2015-2017) and president (2017-2019) of the Society for Psychological Anthropology.
Korbin’s research focuses on cultural and medical anthropology, with an emphasis on child studies.
The Society for Psychological Anthropology, founded in 1977, is an organization of individuals interested in cultural, psychological and social interrelations at all levels.
