The summer barbecue season continues today (July 8), from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on the Case Quad with a Caribbean theme and music by Kristine Jackson, a blues performer.
This week’s menu includes:
- Mixed Greens Salad
- Caribbean Fruit Salad
- Bahama Sweet Potatoes
- Jamaican Pepper Rice
- Jerk New Creation Burger
- Mango-Glazed Chicken Breast
- Grilled Garden Burger
- Ice Cream Novelties
Each barbecue event costs $9 per person for one protein and sides or $10 for two proteins and sides. The price includes a full menu, beverage and dessert, as well as a front row seat to the entertainment. Cash, CaseCash and CaseCharge are accepted.
