Schubert Center disappointed with lack of child-specific changes in Justice Department consent decree
The Plain Dealer: Cleveland released a police-reform consent decree last week. Though the Schubert Center for Child Studies made recommendations for the decree, none of them were met. “There are so many strategies which can be employed that would make most encounters between police and young people much more productive,” Gabriella Celeste, director for child policy at the center, said.
