Educational Services for Students (ESS) and the University Center for Innovation in Teaching and Education (UCITE) will offer two sections of UNIV 400C (Future Faculty Certificate Program) for graduate and professional students who might be interested in future careers as faculty members.
The two spring 2015 semesters seminars will take place Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Sears Building, Room 435. The first session will be offered Jan. 29 through March 5 and the second will be March 19 through April 23.
Seminars will be limited to 15 participants. Lunch will be provided at each session. There will be no charge for the program, lunches or the textbook.
Participants will be expected to complete weekly readings and write weekly journals. Anyone accepted into the program is expected to attend all the sessions and complete all the journal assignments. All those who complete the program in a satisfactory manner will receive a certificate.
