The Center for Civic Engagement and Learning (CCEL) is accepting applications from students for its sixth annual Alternative Spring Break to Nicaragua.
Alternative Spring Breaks give students the opportunity to explore a new community through service and immersion experiences. CCEL will return to Nicaragua this spring break March 7-14. Students on this trip stay in an eco-lodge and engage in service projects in a rural Nicaraguan community. The cost of the trip is $1,650 (international airfare, meals and lodging included).
The deadline to submit the online application is Monday, Dec. 1, but applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until all spots are filled.
