The Center for International Affairs’ 2014-2015 Global Talk Series will begin Thursday, Aug. 21, from noon to 1 p.m., with a talk on “Say My Name Workshop + Supporting Chinese Students in the Classroom.”
The workshop is designed to provide faculty with tips on Chinese name pronunciation and tools to work with a diverse population of students, allowing domestic and international students to have a meaningful educational experience.
The workshop will be held in Tomlinson Hall, in the large conference room on the first floor (room 135).
Faculty members must register by emailing InternationalEvents@case.edu by the Tuesday before the event. Lunch will be provided.
