What if Boehner wins his lawsuit against Obama
Newsweek: Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law, discussed the House Speaker John Boehner’s lawsuit against President Barack Obama over his delay of the employer mandate of the Affordable Care Act. He believes that John Boehner is serious about winning in court. “I think the folks that are behind the legal side of it are serious,” he said. “If I had to handicap it, I don’t think it’s going to work, but I don’t think it’s a frivolous argument.”
