Direct deposit is available for student refunds in the Bursar’s Office. This option eliminates the need for paper checks and allows refund payments to be conveniently deposited directly into students’ bank accounts.
All students who expect to receive a refund from an overpayment of their tuition account are strongly encouraged to authorize Case Western Reserve University to direct deposit refunds. Once enrolled, all future refunds and financial aid overpayments will be deposited in the same manner. Direct deposits can only be made to domestic bank accounts.
Interested students should select the new “Manage Direct Deposit” option, available in SIS in the finances section or follow the instructions on the Bursar’s Office website at case.edu/finadmin/controller/bursar/direct.deposit.html.
