The inaugural Case Western Reserve University Police Safety Fair will be held Saturday, June 7, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the CWRU Police Station (11320 Juniper Road).
The fair will feature live entertainment, face painting, refreshments, a K-9 demo, helicopters and an up-close look at safety force vehicles, such as police cars, fire trucks and police horses.
Children ages 5-16 will have the opportunity to learn gun safety from Eddie Eagle as well as bike safety, while adults can learn self-defense and the dangers of texting while driving.
Parking is free.
