2014 NCAA baseball tournament: Case Western, John Carroll, Baldwin Wallace, Lake Erie earn berths
The Plain Dealer: The Spartan baseball team earned the No. 2 seed in the NCAA regional tournament, where they are aiming for the Division III national championship. “Once you’ve made it (to the regional) your first or second time, you can say winning a national championship is your goal,” said head coach Matt Englander. “But until you’ve experienced a little success, it’s hard to imagine it, and coming out of last year, it’s incredibly tangible right now.”
