The deadline to submit summer 2014 tuition waiver applications to Human Resources is July 1.
Links to all necessary forms can be found under the “Education” heading on the Benefits forms webpage, case.edu/finadmin/humres/benefits/forms.html.
Forms can be scanned and emailed to tuition-waiver@case.edu, faxed to 216.368.3582, or brought to the Benefits Administration office in room 224 of Crawford Hall.
According to the Bursar’s Billing and Withdrawal Schedule for 2014-2015, summer 2014 tuition charges will be assessed after May 15, and the first billing communications will be sent beginning May 20; however, summer tuition waivers are not posted to student accounts until the new fiscal year begins. Therefore, summer 2014 tuition waivers received by July 1 will be posted to student accounts within the first few days of July.
Summer 2014 tuition waiver materials will not be accepted beyond the July 1 deadline. Account balances not paid by tuition waiver are the responsibility of the student.
