Krzysztof Palczewski, John H. Hord Professor and chair of the Department of Pharmacology, recently received the Knight’s Cross of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Poland (Krzyz Kawalerski Orderu Zaslugi Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej). The President of Poland awards the order to foreigners or Polish residents abroad for distinguished contribution to international cooperation or cooperation between Poland and other countries.
