The seventh annual Italian Film Festival begins next week, with the following films being shown:
- Thursday, April 3: The Venice Syndrome
- Tuesday, April 8: Long Live Freedom
- Tuesday, April 15: The Women Worker’s War
- Thursday, April 24: White as Milk, Red as Blood
At April 15 showing of Women Worker’s War, director Massimo Ferrari will be present for a discussion and Q&A session to follow the screening.
All films begin at 7 p.m. in Strosacker Auditorium and are free and open to the public.
The festival is sponsored by the Italian Cultural Institute of Chicago in collaboration with the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures Speakers Fund, the Italian program at CWRU, the Italian Club La Dolce Vita, Italian Film Festivals USA, FIAT and the CWRU Film Society.
