The Plain Dealer: Brokaw Advertising, Belt Magazine and The Happy Dog will pair higher learning with big eating at Hot Dog University. Once a month, a professor from the Cleveland area will speak at a Happy Dog location, free of charge. Presenters include Daniel Goldmark, associate professor of music, and Michael Clune, associate professor of English.
