Archdiocese expected to appeal Ohio teacher case
The Associated Press: A jury found an Ohio archdiocese discriminated against a teacher by firing her after she became pregnant via artificial insemination, but many expect an appeal to the case. Law professor Jessie Hill said the “ministerial exception” issue could be raised on appeal.
