Experts question death penalty in Cleveland case
Associated Press: The Cuyahoga County prosecutor may seek the death penalty for Ariel Castro, who is accused of terminating the pregnancy of one of the women he kidnapped. The case may be difficult, however, as no remains have been found. “How does the prosecution prove a pregnancy? How do you prove that Castro caused the termination of the pregnancy?” said Michael Benza, senior instructor of law.
