Physics’ Pavel Fileviez Perez earns fellowship from Galileo Galilei Institute For Theoretical Physics

The Galileo Galilei Institute for Theoretical Physics chose Pavel Fileviez Perez, associate professor of physics, for a Simons Fellowship to work on particle physics and cosmology.

The Galileo Galilei Institute is one of the leading centers for theoretical physics. In partnership with the National Institute of Nuclear Physics (INFN) and the University of Florence in Italy, the institute was the first European Institute dedicated to organizing and hosting long-term workshops in theoretical physics of fundamental interactions. The Galileo Galilei Institute is a National Center for Advanced Studies of the National Institute of Nuclear Physics in Italy and a reference point for the international scientific community.
