Science Cafe: “Dissemination and Implementation Science”

Science Cafe is a monthly educational series that gathers together scientists, investigators, trainees and community members to engage in meaningful discussions aimed at forging new collaborations through common interests in exciting areas of research.

Each month features a new research focus, content expert, fresh perspectives and a chance to discover uncharted territories in the world of science. An expert opens each event with a discussion about their work and potential areas of collaboration.

The December Science Cafe event will address “Dissemination and Implementation Science.” It will be held Thursday, Dec. 12, from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom.

Four researchers from Cleveland Clinic will share their work:

  • Anita Misra-Hebert, director of the Healthcare Delivery and Implementation Science Center;
  • Valerie Chepp, associate staff member in the Department of Quantitative Health Sciences;
  • Steven Masiano, assistant staff member in the Department of Quantitative Health Sciences; and
  • Belinda Udeh, associate staff member in the Department of Quantitative Health Sciences.
