CWRU earns honor for student voter engagement

The ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge recognized Case Western Reserve University as a 2024 ALL IN Most Engaged Campus for College Student Voting. CWRU is one of 471 campuses across the country to receive the honor this year.

The designation recognizes institutions that promote nonpartisan democratic engagement among student voters.

Institutions that earned the honor took four core actions:

  • Participation in the ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge;
  • Sharing of the 2022 NSLVE Reports with campus voting data with ALL IN;
  • Developing and submitting a 2024 democratic engagement action plan with ALL IN; and
  • Having a current signatory to ALL IN’s Higher Education Presidents’ Commitment to Full Student Voter Participation.

President Eric W. Kaler served on the President’s Council of the ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge in 2024, as one of 13 college and university presidents to do so.
