The demolition of the former Delta Sigma Delta fraternity house located at 11333 Bellflower Road will begin the week of Oct. 7 and will take approximately three weeks to complete. During this time, brief and unscheduled periods of traffic interruption will occur on Bellflower Road to allow for delivery and removal of materials.
Those who live and/or work near the former fraternity house should expect additional noise as this work is being completed.
