Limited number of COVID-19 vaccines to be offered on campus

University Health and Counseling Services has partnered with CVS to offer a limited number of COVID-19 vaccine immunization clinics on campus in October. COVID-19 vaccine events on campus are limited to CWRU community members only.

Appointments are necessary. Flu vaccine will also be available during all COVID-19 vaccine clinics. The clinics will be held:

  • Oct. 8 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Tinkham Veale University Center Senior Classroom
  • Oct. 10 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the third floor of Samson Pavilion
  • Oct. 11 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on the third floor of Samson Pavilion
  • Oct. 28 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Tinkham Veale University Center Senior Classroom

Participants will need prescription insurance information to register and receive the COVID vaccine. Please ensure you have this information before registering. If you are a CWRU faculty or staff member on the Medical Mutual Health Plan, you will need your MedImpact insurance card. University Health and Counseling Services and CVS cannot answer any questions regarding MedImpact. Direct those questions to Human Resources.

Those who are unable to schedule appointments at the onsite clinics can receive the COVID-19 vaccine at any CVS or Walgreens.
