The fight for abortion access in the U.S.
CGTN America: Jessie Hill, the Judge Ben C. Green Professor of Law, discussed the ways in which abortion access in the U.S. changed dramatically since 2022 when the Supreme Court eliminated the right to an abortion and instead allowed each state to set its own abortion laws. Access to the procedure is now a key issue in the U.S. presidential election, Hill noted.
