Anti-gerrymandering amendment supporters sue Ohio Ballot Board over ballot language
WKYC: Jonathan Entin, the David L. Brennan Professor Emeritus of Law, discussed the Ohio Ballot Board’s approval of controversial language, written by Secretary of State Frank LaRose, for November’s anti-gerrymandering amendment. Entin noted that the language is deceptive and possibly unconstitutional. The amendment seeks to replace politicians with a citizen commission for redistricting. The board approved the language 3-2 along party lines.
