Lauren Cruz, a PhD candidate in epidemiology and biostatistics at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, received the All of Us Research Scholar Program award at the All of Us Research Program 2024 Researchers Convention this spring.
Cruz’s work was recognized by more than 1,700 attendees—including fellow researchers from various career stages—as a top project that will impact the future of health.
Cruz conducts research using diverse datasets to gain a better understanding of complex chronic health conditions, such as glaucoma. She is part of the 2024 National Institutes of Health All of Us Research Scholar Program.
