The Office of the Provost hosts a speaker series featuring expert panels in Critical Conversations. These discussions tackle diverse—and sometimes contentious—topics like politics, gun violence, climate change and more. The panels explore these themes from multiple perspectives, including historical, legal, societal, ethical and health viewpoints.
The next installment of this series will be on the topic of “Navigating Generational Dynamics.” The event will be held Monday, April 29, from 11 a.m. to noon in Tinkham Veale University Center, Ballroom A.
During this Critical Conversation, panelists will explore how different generations perceive work, technology, communication and social issues. They also will also discuss health and wellness across age groups and analyze the challenges and opportunities of aging and the law.
The panelists will be:
- Diana Bilimoria, the KeyBank Professor and chair of the Department of Organizational Behavior at Weatherhead School of Management;
- Sharona Hoffman, the Edgar A. Hahn Professor of Law and co-director of the Law-Medicine Center at the School of Law; and
- Peter Whitehouse, professor of neurology at the School of Medicine.
Provost and Executive Vice President Joy K. Ward will serve as the moderator.
Critical Conversations are open to all members of the Case Western Reserve University community.
