Case Western Reserve’s 12th annual Day of Giving—a 24-hour crowdfunding event—is two weeks away. On Wednesday, April 10, you can help the university reach our goal of 2,024 donors.
Each year on Day of Giving, members of the university community come together to support the campus causes most meaningful to them. The campaign fuels schools’ annual funds, student scholarships and so much more.
Before making a gift or sharing on social media, consider becoming a Day of Giving Advocate to help raise funds for your favorite cause. Register on the Day of Giving website, and share a school or organization’s button through the campaign page—generating a unique link that allows you to track your impact! Whether you share with friends and family by email, text or social media, your advocacy goes a long way.
Take it a step further by making a 15- to 30-second personal video to raise support and show your excitement for Day of Giving! Get creative and visit the advocacy dashboard at the bottom of the campaign page to get started. You can also encourage and inspire others by offering matching gifts and challenges..
If you’re on campus on the Day of Giving (Wednesday, April 10), join the Annual Giving team from noon to 2 p.m. at Tinkham Veale University Center for cookies, raffles and photo opportunities. Snap a picture at the event, share it on social media with the #CWRUGives hashtag and spread the word about the day!
