The third annual Take Back the Night event will begin at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 16, on the Kelvin Smith Library Oval.
Hosted by the student organization Sexual Assault & Violence Educators and the Flora Stone Mather Center for Women, Take Back The Night will offer all members of the campus community a forum to speak out against sexual assault.
Katie Hanna, executive director at the Ohio Alliance to End Sexual Violence, will be the featured speaker. Attendees will have the opportunity to share their own stories as well.
Free pizza and T-shirts will be available to attendees.
Thwing Center atrium will serve as the backup site in the event of rain.
