Associated Press: Ayesha Bell Hardaway, professor of law and co-director of the Social Justice Institute, discussed a lawsuit filed against Patriot Front in federal court alleging that the group, two of the group’s leaders and 10 others violated the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871. “It’s important, I think, for us to be mindful of the fact that violence … and terrorism related to white supremacy isn’t a relic of the past,” she said.
