Hunter Biden plea: First son’s diversion agreement ‘much broader’ than judge expected
Washington Examiner: Michael Benza, professor of practice at the School of Law, discussed a federal judge’s rejection of a plea deal between the Department of Justice and Hunter Biden, President Joe Biden’s son, following charges of tax offenses. “There did appear to be a very different set of opinions between the government and the Biden team about what was in the scope of the agreement not to prosecute on all those other things,” Benza said.
