The New York Times: Marvin Sicherman, adjunct professor at the School of Law, weighed in on advice for a person who lost out money on a planned trip after the company hosting it closed. For people trying to collect debts, Sicherman said: “I like to tell people who are creditors,” he said, “‘Close your eyes. What do you see? Nothing? Well, that’s what you’re going to recover.’”
