University Technology ([U]Tech) will upgrade one of the provisioning components of the identity management system Saturday, July 29, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. These upgrades will include a software update and provide improved reliability and performance to the application.
During the upgrade, new account activations, passphrase changes, and email alias additions and changes will not be available. Account additions and changes coming in from other data sources during the upgrade will be queued and processed once the upgrade is complete.
Single Sign-On and Active Directory will continue to function normally during and after the upgrade.
