WCPO: Michael Benza, professor at the School of Law, predicted that disgraced former House Speaker Larry Householder would get a prison term closer to the 20-year maximum for his role in a corruption scandal. “It would not be surprising to anybody given the scope of what happened, the magnitude of the money, and the impact on the public trust,” Benza said.
