The Eighth District Court of Appeals, in partnership with Case Western Reserve University School of Law, will host an Advanced Appellate Advocacy Seminar Friday, Oct. 21, from 8 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. in Gund Hall, Room A59.
This all-day continuing legal education event will feature Eighth District Court of Appeals judges and staff attorneys, along with esteemed practitioners and legal scholars.
The seminar will focus on advanced topics in civil and criminal appeals.
