The Sarah Cole Hirsh Institute and the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing will host the Advanced Management Issues in HIV Care Sept. 15–16, at The Glidden House (1901 Ford Dr.).
This year’s event will focus on caring for people with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).
Michael Lederman, professor emeritus of pathology, will give the keynote address, titled “AIDS in the Heartland: Linking Research and Care” Thursday, Sept. 15, from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
This conference is geared toward physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, nurses, social workers and other healthcare professionals who have an interest in HIV care.
