Burke Center for Environmental Law, discussed how the federal government needs to adapt to fight climate change, following the Supreme Court’s ruling against the Environmental Protection Agency’s ability to regulate greenhouse gasses. “I think this really does put the onus on Congress to do what Congress should be doing,” he said, “which is coming up with legislation that addresses climate change.”
