The Veale Institute for Entrepreneurship will host a roundtable discussion with Eliot Bourk (CWR ’03), chief business officer and head of external innovation at Chimeric Therapeutics, Wednesday, June 22, from noon to 12:45 p.m. via Zoom.
Chimeric Therapeutics is a biotechnology company focused on developing novel cell therapies with the potential to cure cancer. Bourk’s inspiration was sparked as an undergraduate conducting independent research at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Over the last 20 years, Bourk has charted a course from academia to consulting to the biopharmaceutical industry, at each stage working with entrepreneurial teams to advance the frontiers of innovation.
This event is part of the Case Western Reserve University Entrepreneurship Speaker Series, which features discussions with highly accomplished industry professionals to give members of the community an opportunity to learn about topics within the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Participating guests are encouraged to arrive prepared with questions and topics for discussion.
