Erik Jensen, the Schott-van den Eynden Professor of Law, recently published several works and spoke at panel discussions.
Jensen’s proposal for a contribution to a symposium commemorating the centennial of the ratification of the Sixteenth Amendment was accepted by the Northwestern University Law Review. The symposium will be held in April.
His article, “Legislative and Regulatory Responses to Tax Avoidance: Explicating and Evaluating the Alternatives,” was published in volume 57 of the St. Louis University Law Journal.
Additionally, his story, “Planning for the Next Century or the Next Week, Whichever Comes First,” appeared in volume 117 of Penn Statim, the online companion to the Penn State Law Review.
Jensen spoke on two panels at American Bar Association Section of Taxation meetings in Boston in September and moderated and spoke on another panel in Orlando in January. He also spoke at a Law-Medicine forum at the Case Western Reserve University School of Law in October, and at the Cleveland Tax Institute in November.
